Delivery and shipping 

Magniberg strives to deliver your purchased items as soon as possible. Your order will be processed when the transaction is complete. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation by email. This email will include carrier and tracking information for your parcel. Dispatch of orders may take up to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch. However, Magniberg cannot be held liable for any delay that we are not accountable for. 

Shipping rates 

The following shipping rates do not apply to furniture orders.

Please note that any extra taxes and/or duties due to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Please note that shipping rates might differ with discounts and/or sale items. 

VAT Discount 

Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 25% VAT discount on their order. The discount is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details. The discount is applied when your delivery details are entered and the line showing the taxed amount does not show.

Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. 

Shipping information 

Shipping to Belgium, Finland, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland and Denmark will be distributed by GLS. All other orders will be distributed by FedEx.

The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since the couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at the specified address at the time of delivery.

If you are not present packages will be sent to your closest GLS or FedEx pickup point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected. The package will be available at the access point for 10 days before it gets returned. 

First-time order policy 

For security purposes, Magniberg reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information, associated with your credit/debit card, when placing an order. 

Delivery time 

Swedish and Danish orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

International orders will be delivered within 2-8 business days from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. 

Insurance 

Each purchase is insured by Magniberg during the time in transit until it is delivered to you. Signature upon delivery is required for all orders. The responsibility passes to you when the delivery is signed. 

Exchanges, return and refunds 

If you wish to exchange or return your purchase, you may request to do so within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Magniberg products must be returned in perfect condition. Products cannot be used, worn, and/or washed. Please make sure all of the products are returned exactly as you received them. This indicates that the products must be in their original packaging with the seal and label fully intact. Magniberg will only accept return items that are in this pristine condition. Magniberg will not compensate for any return packages lost in shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur, when returning the products, are the customer’s responsibility.
